What’s my secret?

I love the reaction I typically get from a person I’ve just met, when they learn that I’ve just had my 80th birthday.  Shock, disbelief …and then they’ll ask: “What’s your secret?”

My secret(s) is what I’m trying to share with friends like you in this monthly ‘Best Health’ bulletin, in hopes that you’ll benefit.

Today I want to share what I’ve learned about the value of taking nutritional supplements.  I’m now convinced that:
– We can’t get all the nutrients we need to keep our bodies in top running order from only the food we eat …no matter how carefully we eat.
– We need professional guidance to determine the best supplement program for us.
– Our nutritional needs change a bit over time, so we need to re-examine our program from time-to-time.
I’ve been taking supplements (vitamins) off and on for over 30 years, but it wasn’t until about 5 years ago that I settled on a program that really works.  I’ve not had a cold or flu, or allergy symptoms since I’ve been on this program.

Proof that this program can benefit all, no matter age or health condition, was well documented in a study conducted last year in Germany, called the Freiburg Study.
