In Appreciation of Berries

It’s berry season and we’re enjoying a lot of fresh strawberries, blueberries, raspberries and blackberries these days.  At least 2 cups each and every day …apiece.  Mostly strawberries andb9198efa-7075-4867-bfd0-56456baf6b3a blueberries for the best nutrient hit, but raspberries and blackberries too …for the variety.

Not just this time of year either.  We’re able to get fresh strawberries and blueberries nearly all year around now days.  Isn’t that great?
